Wayne Gardner is a Saskatchewanian by birth and an Albertan by inclination. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in military history and sociology. He also has a Masters in Library Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Wayne graduated from the School of Law at Queen’s University. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of criminal law, working first as a Crown Prosecutor and now in private practice. He has appeared in all three levels of Alberta courts, as well as in Federal Court, the Northwest Territories and Ontario.
In his criminal defence practice, Wayne has helped clients faced with a wide variety of criminal charges including impaired driving, theft, attempt murder, aggravated assault, and domestic violence.
Wayne also has a thriving immigration practice, specializing in spousal sponsorship applications, refugee hearings and judicial reviews.
